Deceptivley simple desig, "demodulates" IM, true AM, FM, PWM, and Doppler.
Works w/laserbugs, LED, & fiberoptic bugs.
Tune tank to source frequency, then advance 1/4 turn for FM; leaveon frequency for true AM. Component values shown for 60 KHz.
Sensitive mode requires total darkness; selective mode gives good rejection of ambient light. Prototype tested w/L14G3 & Radio Shack 276-145 IR phototransistors.
Keep leads short & neatly dressed.
